Job Description

The Legal Counsel will be:

• 
  
  Providing commercial legal advice across various business areas.
• 
  
  Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including supplier and customer agreements.
• 
  
  Supporting with compliance and regulatory matters in the food sector.
• 
  
  Assisting with dispute resolution and risk management.
• 
  
  Collaborating with internal teams to ensure legal alignment with business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

The Legal Counsel should be:

• 
  
  A solicitor or equivalent with 1-4 years PQE.
• 
  
  Strong commercial contract experience, ideally within a manufacturing industry.
• 
  
  Excellent communication skills, with the ability to advise at all levels.
• 
  
  Proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• 
  
  Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks in the food industry would be advantageous.
