Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior lawyers and key business stakeholders on a wide range of commercial, regulatory and corporate projects
• Gain hands-on experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
• Take the lead on data protection for the business, including identifying areas for improvement and training the business
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and business growth

Qualifications

This role is ideally suited to lawyers with 1-3 years' PQE (or equivalent experience) from a commercial, corporate, banking, or financial services background who are looking to broaden their skill set and move into a dynamic in-house environment.
