About the Role

A Legal Counsel role within a lean team of talented lawyers, led by an inspiring General Counsel. Working with internal clients including compliance, operations and finance, you will advise on business-critical matters including trade sanctions, KYC and general legal compliance matters, alongside getting involved in broad commercial contracts processes. As the business continues its growth, you will support on future corporate transactional matters as they arise. The team goes into the London offices three times per week on a hybrid working basis.

About You

You will be a common law-qualified lawyer with trade sanctions and legal compliance experience (including ABC, KYC, AML, etc.). Your experience can have come from private practice and/or in-house, and while the role is being pitched at c. 2-3 PQE as a guide, the hiring manager will consider lawyers outside this bracket. You must have unrestricted UK working rights. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
