Paris, France - hybrid working

A global IT/cybersecurity leader is seeking a Legal Counsel to support commercial transactions across Europe.

Based in Paris and offering hybrid working, the Legal Counsel will:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including SaaS, licensing, services, and channel agreements
• Advise on legal risks and compliance across business functions such as sales, marketing, HR, and finance
• Support data privacy, regulatory, and intellectual property matters as needed
• Collaborate on legal process improvements, including automation, templates, and adoption of new technologies
• Contribute to internal policies, training, and governance initiatives

Qualifications:

• Legally qualified, with 3+ years in commercial law (tech company or law firm)
• Fluent in English and French; any Italian or Spanish a plus
