Job Description
The Legal Counsel will be:
- Providing commercial legal advice across various business areas.
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including supplier and customer agreements.
- Supporting with compliance and regulatory matters in the food sector.
- Assisting with dispute resolution and risk management.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure legal alignment with business objectives.
The Successful Applicant
The Legal Counsel should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with 1-4 years PQE.
- Strong commercial contract experience, ideally within a manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to advise at all levels.
- Proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks in the food industry would be advantageous.
