Legal Counsel - NQ to1 PQE - East Midlands (hybrid)

We are working with a well-respected & purpose driven services provider based in the East Midlands with their search for an NQ-1 PQE Commercial Lawyer. '

The business has experienced significant growth in recent years & is now in a very good position within its market / sector.

The role will see you mainly drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, as well as advising on general legal & compliance matters.

You will assist on large projects from a legal perspective, advise on matters such as GDPR & IP, and also manage your key internal stakeholders.

The role is appropriate for an NQ to 1 PQE lawyer who has experience in commercial contracts, who is seeking to develop their legal & technical skills further in a very supportive environment.
