The Role

As we expand, we're seeking a sharp, commercially mindedLegal Counselto join our global legal team inLondon. This is not your average in-house role, expect to be deeply involved in complex, multi-jurisdictional agreements and hardware-intensive projects that are critical to our strategic operations.

You'll play a pivotal role in:

• Drafting and negotiatinga variety of commercial agreements (customer, vendor, licensing, partnership-across software, hardware, automotive, and data)

• Advising one-commerce, consumer protection, and privacymatters (in partnership with our DPO)

• Supportingstrategic projects, including acquisitions, disputes, and regulatory compliance

• Leadinglegal training sessionsand building internal processes to scale with our growth

• Managing external counsel and collaborating across time zones and cultures to solve legal puzzles with smart, scalable solutions

What We're Looking For

You're not just a lawyer - you're a business partner, problem solver, and clear communicator who thrives in ambiguity and thinks two steps ahead.

Here's what makes you a strong fit:

• Qualified with aMaster of Lawfrom a reputable university

• 5+ yearsof commercial legal experience in-house or at a top-tier firm

• Expertise incontract lawand complex negotiations, especially inFrance and the UK

• Deep knowledge ofEuropean e-commerce, consumer rights, and privacyframeworks

• Confident navigating bothprivate and public procurementagreements

• Fluent inEnglish and French(written and verbal); other European languages are a plus

• Comfortable working across cultures, time zones, and teams in a global tech environment
