Salary: £25,305 - £44,227 per annum (Dependent on qualifications & experience)

Hours: 37 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

Start date: Early August 2026

About the Role

• Deliver exceptional teaching on BTEC Level 3 UPS programmes, assisting students to achieve excellent results. May also deliver some BTEC Sport and Outdoor Activities courses.
• Act as a personal tutor, advising and guiding individuals in their progress, success and career aspirations.
• Inspire students to appreciate and enjoy all aspects of the relevant industries, instilling a passion for the subject and a desire to develop their understanding.

About You

• Hold a teaching qualification or have a willingness to complete one.
• Possess a degree or equivalent in a relevant subject area.
• Demonstrate experience delivering the new Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) Level 3 BTEC in UPS within the FE sector (advantageous).
• Desirable to hold relevant National Governing Body Awards in land based activities, such as Walking (Mountain Leaders Summer Award), Climbing (Climbing Wall Instructor Award) and hold a valid First Aid qualification.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
