Salary: £26,800 £40,100 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

The role

• Delivering high-quality theoretical and practical Brickwork sessions
• Planning engaging lessons that reflect current industry practice
• Supporting learners to develop their skills and achieve their qualifications
• Assessing learner progress and providing constructive feedback
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Contributing to curriculum development and continuous improvement
• Maintaining high standards of teaching, learning and assessment
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide learners with an excellent experience

What we re looking for

• A Level 3 Brickwork qualification
• A recognised teaching qualification
• Previous experience delivering or teaching Brickwork
• Strong practical and technical knowledge of the trade
• Good communication and organisational skills
• A passion for helping learners develop and progress
