An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Lecturers to join the Centre for Higher Education Research Practice Policy and Scholarship (CHERPPS).
The post holderwill contribute to the design, delivery, leadership,managementand enhancement of CHERPPS' academic development provision.
Thisincludes:accredited taught programmes supporting Associate Fellowship and Fellowship of Advance HE; accredited experiential recognition routes leading to Senior Fellowship and Principal Fellowship; and continuing professional development for academic staff, postgraduate researchers and professional services colleagues with student education and experience-related responsibilities.
The role combines teaching, assessment, participant support, quality assurance, evaluation and scholarship, and acting as internal educational consultant. Working collaboratively across CHERPPS and with institutional partners, the post holder will provide inclusive, evidence-informed provision aligned with the Professional Standards Framework 2023, University priorities and the needs of different disciplines, professionalgroupsand career stages.
The post holder will manage assigned activities and their associated administration, provide a responsive and professional service to participants and other users, and contribute flexibly to CHERPPS objectives.
The postholder may berequiredto undertake a leadership role relating to the programmes and accreditation overall under the direction of the Director of CHERPPS.
There are two posts available:
- One full-time post available immediately on an indefinite basis.
- One part-time (0.4 FTE) post available immediately on an indefinite basis.
