Leaving Care Personal Advisor Officer, Wakefield CouncilPay rate to £21.58 per hour Contract role We are recruiting for an experienced Personal Advisor Officer to work in a Leaving Care Team in Wakefield Council. To contribute towards the provision of an effective Personal Advisor service for children and young people in care, preparing to leave care or who have left care. To discharge the personal advisor role and take responsibility for an individual case load and pathway planning. Please get in touch for more information.
