Leasehold Services Administrator Hybrid Role

Southern Housing is seeking an organised Leasehold Advisor to join our Service Charge & Specialist Leasehold Services team. You will provide administrative and customer support for leasehold processes, keeping clear records and guiding residents, solicitors and colleagues.

Based in London with hybrid working, the role supports Leasehold Officers with casework and documentation, tracks alterations and notices, and helps ensure timely actions while maintaining high service standards.
