Lease Extension Lawyer

Are you a specialist Lease Extension Lawyer looking to secure your next new challenge within a well respected specialist lease extension team, and is possibly the largest nationwide? The firm offer hybrid working, flexible working, a bonus/incentive scheme plus more.

Handling work throughout the country for both Freeholders and Leaseholders, you will be able to manage a caseload unsupervised or with minimal supervision. Ideally you will be committed to specialise in lease extension, however if you have more general property experience but able to run lease extension cases without supervision and want to specialise in this area, we would love to hear from you.

Lease extension Lawyer role:

• Experience of managing a Lease Extension caseload
• Extensive experience of both statutory and informal lease extensions.
• Experience of enfranchisement, right of 1st refusal, licence to alter and right to manage work, that work is also available.
• Minimum 2 years' experience of lease extension work and be able to work unsupervised, or with minimal supervision
