The Role: Supporting pupils within the classroom Providing 1:1 and small-group support Assisting with reading, writing, Maths, and classroom activities Supporting pupils with SEND where required Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement Helping children develop confidence and independence Working alongside teachers and other support staff We'd Be Interested in Candidates With Experience As: Tutors Youth workers Sports coaches Childcare professionals Nursery practitioners Mentors Children's activity leaders School volunteers Professionals who regularly work with children The Ideal Candidate: Has recent experience working with children or young people Strong communication and relationship-building skills Patient, reliable, and adaptable Comfortable working as part of a team Passionate about supporting children's development Interested in developing a career within education Why Work with Aspire People?
