Full-time Learning Support Assistant opportunities available nowWe're working with a number of welcoming Primary Schools and SEN specialist settings across Ipswich and the surrounding Suffolk area, all looking for enthusiastic, compassionate and reliable Learning Support Assistants to join them full-time.
Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant, SEN Teaching Assistant, Behaviour Support Assistant, Learning Mentor, Support Worker, Care Worker, Youth Worker, or you're looking to begin your career in education, we'd love to hear from you.
In this role, you'll support children both in and out of the classroom, helping them build confidence, develop independence and achieve their potential. You'll work closely with teachers and SENCOs, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism (ASC/ASD), ADHD, SEMH, Speech and Language Needs, Complex Needs, MLD and PMLD.
We're looking for people who are patient, positive and adaptable, with a genuine passion for helping children succeed. Experience in education is brilliant, but it's not essential. If you've worked in care, residential settings, mental health support, sports coaching, childcare or youth work, your skills could transfer perfectly into the classroom.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
