We are currently recruiting enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of welcoming and supportive Primary Schools and Secondary Schools across the Bridgend area in preparation for September. The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
• Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Provide tailored support for pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) in SEN settings.
• Encourage pupil confidence, independence and progress.

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based or similar setting).
• A patient, nurturing and proactive approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
