Learning Support Teaching Assistant - Primary School Sheffield Immediate Start
Are you an experienced and dedicated Learning Support Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in Sheffield? We are a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Sheffield seeking a committed professional to support children across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled TA with proven UK experience who is passionate about helping children reach their full potential.

ContractFull-time Part-time Term-time only Competitive salary (dependent on experience)
About the RoleAs a Learning Support Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support
- Support pupils with additional learning needs, including SEND
- Work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging learning activities
- Help create a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
- Monitor and report on pupil progress
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have previous experience working in a UK primary school
- Have proven experience working with children in an educational setting
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the UK primary curriculum
- Have experience supporting children with additional needs (desirable but not essential)
- Be patient, proactive, and committed to safeguarding and child welfare
Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) are highly desirable.
