Job Description

Location: Enfield, North London
Pay: £90-£100 per day
Contract Type: Full time, temporary
Start Date: September 2026
Salary depends on experience and qualifications. Higher rates are reserved for candidates with substantial experience and/or relevant training. Pay is determined in line with school expectations and Agency Worker Regulations (AWR), where applicable.

The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

  • Support pupils across Key Stage 2 with their learning and development
  • Work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging learning activities
  • Provide individual and small group support where required
  • Help create a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment
  • Encourage pupils' confidence, independence and engagement in learning
  • Support the social, emotional and academic progress of children
