Salary: Outer London Pay Scale SO1 SP23 - 26 (£40,182 - £42,060)

We are seeking a creative and dedicated Learning Resource Centre (LRC) Manager to lead the development and management of our LRC - a vibrant hub for reading, independent learning, and academic support. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the reading and academic culture of a school where pupil progress and achievement are central to everything we do.

• Lead and manage the Learning Resource Centre, fostering a welcoming, inclusive, and inspiring environment.
• Promote literacy, independent learning, and academic support across all year groups.
• Collaborate with staff to enhance the curriculum and provide tailored support for pupils' learning needs.
• Encourage a love of reading and learning that aligns with the school's vision and values.
