Learning Mentor - Term-Time, Part-Time (Eastbourne)

Ratton School in Eastbourne is seeking a Learning Mentor to support the pastoral, emotional and behavioural development of students during term-time. The role is part-time, 33.75 hours per week, and the salary is pro rata from £25,185 to £25,583 depending on pay award for a permanent contract.

You will work with individuals and small groups, coordinating with teachers, families and external professionals to foster a safe and inclusive learning environment.
