What you'll be doing Shaping Future Capability Identifying current and emerging skills needed across the organisation to drive future performance and growth. Designing capability strategies and development pathways that equip colleagues and leaders for what's ahead. Leadership & Management Development Creating and overseeing leadership and management development that strengthens capability from aspiring leaders to experienced managers. Partnering with senior leaders to shape a consistent, modern leadership approach across the Society. Delivering High-Impact Development Designing learning experiences, frameworks, and programmes that uplift colleague performance and unlock potential. Ensuring learning is practical, relevant, and aligned to real business needs. Using insight, data, and business intelligence to measure impact and continuously improve. Driving a Culture of Learning Championing continuous learning, curiosity, and high performance. Influencing leaders and stakeholders to embed learning into day-to-day work. Strong experience in learning, organisational capability, or leadership development roles. The ability to identify future skills and translate them into modern, practical development solutions. Confidence in partnering with senior leaders and shaping strategic priorities. Deep understanding of adult learning, behavioural development, and organisational performance.
