Job Title: Learning & Organisational Development Coordinator (Fixed Term - 12 Months)
Salary: £27,052 - £29,345
Hours: 35 Hours per Week
Location: Wildwood Offices, County Hall Campus, WR5 2QT
Team: Learning and Organisational Development
Contract: 12 Fixed Term (12 months)
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Coordinator to join our Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
This role provides essential coordination and administrative support across the whole L&OD function. You will work closely with colleagues leading on learning and organisational development initiatives, helping to keep activity on track and ensuring the smooth running of key programmes and projects.
About the Role- Work across the full L&OD portfolio, supporting multiple team members and priorities.
- Manage competing deadlines while maintaining a calm, organised approach.
- Use forward planning, excellent diary management, and strong organisational skills to help the team deliver key activities, events, and work programmes.
- Respond flexibly to changing priorities, balancing planned tasks with emerging requests.
- Support with budget monitoring, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide reliable administrative support including scheduling, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
- Thrives in a busy environment and enjoys coordinating multiple workstreams.
- Has excellent diary, scheduling, and organisational skills.
- Is proactive, solution focused, and able to anticipate needs.
- Communicates clearly and works well with a wide range of colleagues.
- Can balance structured planning with agility and adaptability.
