QA Higher Education is a fast-paced, growing higher education business committed to transforming students' careers and lives. We are seeking a Learning and Development Manager to enhance employee skills through training programs across all levels.

This role involves designing, implementing, and managing programs to improve organizational performance. It requires strategic thinking, leadership & management skills, project management, and strong communication abilities.

Working with subject matter experts, you will develop comprehensive training solutions to meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a learning strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
• Understand various teams and business areas across the organization.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to utilize performance management systems and focus on employee development.
• Manage L&D expenditure and build cost-effective relationships with external suppliers.
• Create quality training materials.
• Serve as the primary contact for all L&D inquiries.
• Ensure legislative compliance.
• Support business growth through talent development pipelines.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience managing online learning portals.
• Proven success in delivering online and in-person management training.
• Ability to assess and prioritize workload.
• Experience working with diverse employee groups.
• Knowledge of the Higher Education sector is advantageous.
• Experience with Learner Management Systems.
• Degree in Business, Psychology, or equivalent qualification.
