Description: Learning & Development Partner based in London (Hybrid - High Street Kensington with travel across London sites), full time 37.5 hrs/week, Fixed Term 12 months, salary £41,700 (DOE), advert closes Friday 5th June 2026.

This newly created role will shape a consistent, high quality learning experience while driving colleague engagement and supporting our ambition to deliver a world class patient and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities- Champion a consistent learning experience across multiple sites.
- Facilitate engaging learning workshops that enhance behavioural skill, personal development and leadership capability.
- Support the delivery of a world class culture and engagement programme.
- Deliver and continuously improve our corporate induction programme.
- Lead and support internal events and engagement initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver tailored learning solutions.
- Support learning content development, including blended and digital learning (e.g. PowerPoint, Articulate 365).
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Support compliance with mandatory and regulatory learning requirements within a healthcare environment.
- Proven experience delivering high quality learning and facilitation.
- Broad understanding of L&D with experience across delivery and content creation.
- Experience running workshops, events or engagement initiatives.
- Strong focus on people skills, behaviours and customer experience.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Experience of psychometric assessment and profiling tools (e.g. Insights Discovery).
- Experience within healthcare, hospitals or customer facing environments (desirable).
- Flexible, resilient approach with the ability to manage changing priorities and tight timescales.
