Job Description
Learning & Development Administrator - 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Swansea - Hybrid working (Thursday in the Swansea office, remaining days flexible).

The role supports a well-established organisation in Swansea by coordinating learning activities, managing the Learning Management System, and providing first-class administrative support to the Learning & Development team.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate internal and external training courses and professional qualifications.
  • Book employees onto learning programmes and monitor attendance.
  • Schedule training across multiple office locations.
  • Act as the first point of contact for Learning & Development enquiries.
  • Administer the Learning Management System: set up new starters and allocate mandatory learning.
  • Monitor training completion and follow up with employees and managers to ensure compliance.
  • Produce reports and analyse learning data using Excel and the LMS.
  • Raise purchase orders and support the management of the Learning & Development budget.
  • Maintain accurate learning records and ensure data integrity.
  • Support the wider Learning & Development team with ongoing projects, including the implementation of a new LMS.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience within a Learning & Development, Training or HR Administration role.
  • Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong administrative skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience using HR systems or Learning Management Systems.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, confident initiative and ability to build positive working relationships across the business.
  • Experience supporting Learning Management Systems highly advantageous.
What's on Offer
  • Salary: £27,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Hybrid working: Thursday in the Swansea office - other days flexible.
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
