Role Overview:
As the Learning and Compliance Lead, you will play a vital role in shaping the learning experiences of our colleagues. You will ensure that all training is engaging, inclusive, and meets regulatory standards. Salary: Grade 5 - £38,242 - £42,536

Team: Talent & Organisational Development
Responsible To: Head of Talent & Organisational Development

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver impactful learning experiences across various areas, from compliance to professional development.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to curate accurate and up-to-date training materials.
- Monitor compliance with mandatory training requirements and maintain accurate records.
- Implement digital learning strategies, including E-learning and blended learning solutions.
- Use analytics to identify trends and inform workforce planning.
What We're Looking For:
Skills & Qualifications:
- - CIPD Level 5 or above in Learning & Development or relevant experience.
- - Strong understanding of modern learning theory and digital design.
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and influence.
Experience:
- - Proven track record of designing and delivering learner-centred, digital learning solutions.
- - Familiarity with compliance training programmes and the ability to use data to monitor performance.
