Salary range: £34,359 - £37,509 per annum. Salary negotiable depending on current salary.
Work location: 215-219 Lisson Grove, London, NW8 8LW
Hours per week: 36 (worked on a rota basis including evenings and a Saturday)Contract type: Fixed Term until 31 July 2027

The role

As a Learner Experience Officer you will provide vital administrative and front of house support across all WAES sites, supporting the continuous improvement of learner experiences, development and progression.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close WAES centres, ensuring they are secure, clean and well maintained.
• Undertake admissions and enrollment processes.
• Receive deliveries and handle customer payments.
• Provide excellent customer service, seamless admissions and top tier learner journeys.
• Support learners to use digital platforms and self service customer database systems.

Qualifications and experience

• Experience in a customer facing role, ideally within adult education.
• Familiarity with student records systems and digital platforms is desirable.
