Lean Specialist: Continuous Improvement Lead for Ostomy Ops

Eakin Healthcare Group is seeking a Lean Specialist to join our Cardiff facility, reporting to the Director of Operations. You will drive continuous improvement across Ostomy Operations, Production, Bulk Warehouse, and Respond, delivering hands on Lean execution with a focus on safety, quality and productivity.

You will lead and train teams in Lean tools, map value streams, and develop clear implementation plans, continually monitoring benefits and progress across sites.
