This is one of those roles that doesn't come around often. A leading London Market insurer is investing heavily in its change and business improvement agenda and is now hiring a commercially proven Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to sit at the heart of that growth.

Location: City of London
Hybrid: Circa 2 days a week in the office
Salary: £95k - £105k + Benefits

The role

You'll be working within in a small, high-impact business improvement team. This team works directly with the business, turning real problem statements into tangible outcomes. You'll engage with senior stakeholders across underwriting, claims, finance, actuarial and beyond.

An experienced Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with commercial delivery experience (not just the badge)
Strong financial services industry experience
Someone confident managing senior stakeholders, including challenging conversations around performance gaps
Comfortable with pushback, and skilled at bringing stakeholders on the journey
