This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *improving planning processes and tools*.

About the Role

Our client is looking for a Lean Portfolio Consultant to support its Business Operations team within the FinTech department. You'll work alongside a Portfolio Manager and another Lean Associate to improve planning processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and improve Jira adoption (Jira, Jira Plans, Structure, Confluence, OBoard)

• Build advanced Jira plans and reports for cross-team initiatives

• Create templates and documentation for internal use

• Assist with Quarterly Planning and OKRs in Jira

• Help introduce new portfolio management processes

• Prepare and lead stakeholder meetings and workshops

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall environments

• Background in portfolio management, project management, or Agile coaching

• Strong skills in Jira, Confluence, Google Slides/Sheets

• Knowledge of portfolio dashboards, metrics, and reporting

• Bonus: experience with AI tools
