Lean Coach - MAINLY REMOTE/Europe - 9+ Months

Project Role: Lean Coach

Job Description: Our client is currently looking for several Lean Coaches for a public client. The candidates should have at least 10+ years of experience.

Qualifications (Must haves):

• Project Management Certification (GPM/IPMA Level D or PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP (PMI)/CAPM)
• Lean certification (Six Sigma Green Belt)
• At least 12months + of experience (within the last 4 years) as a lean coach
• Understanding of and concrete experience with lean methods & experience in the role of a lean coach
• Experience in conducting training courses, especially in lean methods (within the last 4 years, at least 3 training courses given in at least 2 different organizations)
• Experience with the application of project management methods in the public sector (within the last 4 years for at least 12 months; of which in at least one project with a duration of > 3 months)

Other Qualifications:

• Proven practice in lean management and lean coaching
• Experience in large transformation programs, ideally in organization-wide lean or efficiency programs
• Coaching experience at team, divisional and management level
• Experience in training design, training concepts, boot camps
• Professional experience in process analysis, automation, standardization, throughput time optimization

Responsibilities:

• Identification, planning and implementation of efficiency and productivity increases (lean coaching, working with teams, key figures, performance measurement, documentation)
• Training/further education of employees and internal lean coaches, maintaining/further developing training concepts, trainings, workshops, boot camps, empowering them to apply independently
• Context-sensitive "deep-dive" consulting on specialist topics, especially automation (use cases, profitability assessments, design of automation solutions, process harmonization, standardization, throughput time optimization)

Start: 1st April

Location: Mainly Remote Work (Onsite - 25%; Bonn, Munich, Berlin, Frankfurt - Germany Locations)

Duration: 9months + (with option to extend)
