Using structured systems and guided tools, you will introduce individuals to personal development programs and support them to achieve meaningful personal and professional outcomes.

This is a performance oriented consulting role with defined targets and outcome based remuneration.

Tasks

Daily Focus

• Introduce personal development strategies and mindset tools that create real change
• Run scheduled discovery conversations by phone, Zoom, or Teams with guided scripts
• Evaluate prospects, establish next steps, and track progress in the CRM
• Work independently while drawing on resources and ongoing support
• Apply organisation, planning, and communication to deliver measurable outcomes
• Contribute to a values-driven environment that rewards responsibility and collaboration

Requirements

Who this suits

Backgrounds in wellbeing, coaching, Reiki, yoga, Pilates, nutrition, counselling, occupational health, learning and development or client services

Confident communicators comfortable using Zoom or Teams

Organised, self directed professionals who value consistency and results
