Lead/Business Consultant -source 2 pay

*Lead Consultant - Source2Pay (Procurement) - Netherlands*

For our international client based in the Netherlands, RED is currently looking for a Lead/Business Consultant to support digital transformation initiatives within the Procurement (Source2Pay) domain.

The consultant is expected to start ASAP on an initial 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension. The project is based in the Rotterdam area and 3 days onsite presence is required and 2 days remote.

Desired Skills:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in project delivery or business consultancy, preferably within Procurement/Source2Pay environments.
• Proven experience managing digital transformation projects, including planning, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Agile/SAFe methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams.
• Experience with digital procurement platforms such as SAP MM, SAP Ariba, SAP CIM, or SAP Fiori is highly desirable.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - able to align multiple teams and interests.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (verbal and written).
