The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to step into practice ownership through a unique partnership opportunity in Lincolnshire. This role is ideal for an ambitious Veterinary Surgeon looking to combine clinical leadership with the financial rewards and autonomy of owning a successful small animal practice.

Based in a purpose-built clinic near Sleaford, the practice features five consulting rooms, two theatres, a dental suite, an imaging suite and modern first-opinion equipment, with plans to develop into a veterinary hospital. The successful candidate will join a stable, experienced team and play a key role in delivering outstanding clinical care, mentoring colleagues and driving the continued growth of the practice.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be an RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon with strong small animal experience and previous leadership or mentoring responsibilities. They will be passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and helping to develop both the team and the practice.
