Lead UI Developer

Our goal is to strengthen the brand in Spain. We are looking for an expert to work as Lead UI Developer!

What do you need to fulfill this job?

• Create and Implement Web Design and Development Plans: Develop responsive web interfaces and interactive web applications.
• Collaborate with UX Designers and Developers: Ensure seamless functionality and integration of design elements.
• Convert Design Files into Code: Translate design files into raw HTML/CSS/JavaScript code, including graphical elements.
• Optimize Applications: Ensure maximum speed and scalability of applications.
• Perform Usability Testing: Test application usability and fix any bugs.
• Maintain and Improve Websites: Update and redesign company websites as needed.
• Document UI Guidelines: Create and maintain UI guidelines and templates for reuse and consistency across platforms.
• Coaches team members and leads teams as necessary.
• Experience with Frontend Frameworks: Knowledge of frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Understanding of Version Control Systems: Familiarity with Git or similar tools.
• Experience with Agile Methodologies: Ability to work in an Agile development environment.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript : Strong coding skills in these languages.
• Experience with Responsive Design: Ability to create interfaces that work across various devices and screen sizes.
• Knowledge of UI/UX Principles: Understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with Design Tools: Experience with tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar
• .Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Attention to Detail: Strong eye for design and detail-oriented approach
• .Strong understanding of reliability and production management, with a focus on maintaining high availability and stability across services.
• Risk-aware mindset with knowledge of key operational risks in financial institutions, applying this insight to develop resilient and compliant solutions.
• Promotes a culture of continuous improvement, driving proactive enhancements in processes and systems
• .Experience in system and software security (SSO, Kerberos, LDAP, Windows AD, etc.), ensuring robust identity and access management.
• Application of engineering principles to production management, supporting scalable and efficient operations.
• Proven track record in automation, effectively reducing manual work and enhancing workflow productivity and consistency
