Lead Sub Agent - Highways & Drainage (On Site, Suffolk)

Ganymede is seeking a Sub Agent to join a highways project in Suffolk. You will manage day-to-day site delivery, lead Site Engineers, and drive progress with the site team, ensuring safety, quality and programme compliance.

The role requires NEC contract knowledge, strong leadership and a track record of coordinating utilities and subcontractors on major infrastructure works. CSCS and SMSTS are required, HNC/HND or Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
