We proudly employ over 4000+ people - no matter what your experience, we have jobs for everyone.Active Neuro at Hothfield Neurological Rehabilitation Centre is seeking an experienced Lead Speech and Language Therapist to join our friendly and highly skilled multidisciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity for a specialist SLT to deliver expert care to adults with neurological conditions resulting from injury, illness or disease, supporting clients with physical, cognitive and communication difficulties in a well-established neurorehabilitation service. You'll have the chance to make a real and visible difference to our clients' recovery and quality of life while working alongside experienced clinicians in a collaborative and supportive environment.In this senior role, you will lead therapy initiatives and play an active part in service development, while providing high-quality, evidence-led interventions.If you are an experienced SLT seeking a rewarding and engaging senior role, we would love to hear from you.The Role:As part of our transition to Active Neuro, the therapy service is evolving into a seven-day model of care to better support the rehabilitation needs of our clients. As a result, occasional pre-arranged weekend working will be required.
