I'm currently recruiting for a Lead Software Engineer for an entertainment client based in Brussels.

The roles gives you the opportunity to lead different projects, and gain experience coaching junior developers.

The profile I'm looking for has strong back-end developer experience with 5 to 10 years of experience for a permanent hire, but with a 50% focus on development and 50% on a more project management/leading.

An overview of the profile:

• Strong experience with Java, JavaScript or DevOps.
• 5+ years of professional working experience.
• Degree in Computer Science.
• Wants to have leading responsibilities.
• 4-days of remote working.
• Project management experience is a nice too have.
• Experience with AWS, Linux servers & Docker is a nice too have.
