We're looking for a hands-on Lead ServiceNow Solution Architect to take full ownership of the end-to-end ServiceNow architecture for a major transformation programme. This is a pivotal role where you'll define, govern, and drive architectural standards to ensure scalability, performance, and seamless integration across the enterprise landscape.

You'll act as the primary authority on ServiceNow capabilities, integrations, and design strategy - collaborating closely with stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to ensure the platform supports long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and define the overall ServiceNow solution architecture, ensuring consistency and scalability.

• Establish and maintain architectural standards, design patterns, and guardrails.

• Align business requirements with ServiceNow platform capabilities.

• Lead the design and governance of integrations with CIAM and other external systems.

• Provide architectural input, validation, and approval for designs and configurations.

• Oversee technical feasibility assessments for new requirements and support change control.

• Act as the technical authority and escalation point for architectural issues.

• Conduct design reviews and mentor developers to maintain quality and alignment.

• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices, performance, and security standards.

• Contribute to release planning, platform strategy, and the long-term roadmap.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect on large-scale digital transformation programmes.

• Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules, particularly Case and Service Management.

• Proven track record designing and governing complex integrations with external systems.

• Strong technical leadership, able to guide multiple delivery teams.

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration, development, and performance optimisation.

• In-depth knowledge of security, compliance, and data privacy within ServiceNow.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable

• Experience in government or public sector digital transformation programmes.

• Familiarity with CIAM platforms and integration architecture best practices.
