ISO 27001 implementation, documentation, and compliance.
Microsoft ecosystem: Active Directory Hybrid, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Security, Intune, Enterprise Mobility.
Firewall configuration and management.
System integrity monitoring, performance optimization, and backup management.
Handling help desk escalations and guiding IT support staff.
Developing technical documentation and end-user guides.
