This is your chance to create an impact and join a start-up side by side with the Directors , shaping the business from the ground up. We're scaling quickly, and we're looking for someone bold enough to grow _with_ us - and eventually _lead_ the show as our Recruitment Manager of the company.
What You'll Do
Be the matchmaker between brilliant early years professionals and outstanding nurseries.
Build, nurture, and own relationships with both candidates and clients.
Create systems, pipelines, and processes that set us apart.
Work through databanks which we already have.
Help design company culture, perks, and benefits that people rave about.
Collaborate with branding, tech, and strategy teams to grow the _Razzle Dazzle_ brand.
Think creatively, solve problems fast, and close deals with flair.
Ultimately - build and lead your own high-performing recruitment team.
Who You Are
You know the Early Years world - ratios, regulations, and all.
Ideally, you've got recruitment experience and a knack for spotting top talent.
We would prefer someone who has worked in the Early Years sector as a practitioner themselves once upon a time!
You're entrepreneurial, ambitious, and thrive when given freedom.
Confident, resilient, and relentlessly people-focused.
Strong with numbers, sharper with instincts.
Honest, trustworthy, and genuinely kind.
Hungry for growth - personally and professionally.
