Job Description

Hastings Group seeks a Quality Assurance Insights and Automation Lead to drive data-driven QA in a hybrid role across Bexhill, London or Leicester. You will shape how QA uses insight and reporting to strengthen customer outcomes, risk visibility and operational decisions.

The role owns QA requirements, governance, and tooling for insight outputs, leading an insight-led approach and collaborating with Technology, Data and Change to deliver modern, outcome-focused assurance capabilities.
