Lead Psychologist - Forensic, Clinical & Counselling

Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust is seeking a Consultant Clinical, Forensic or Counselling Psychologist to provide strategic, clinical and operational leadership for psychological therapies across inpatient and community forensic services. The postholder will maintain their clinical caseload while promoting trauma-informed practices and high-quality care.

The role includes supervision and development of staff, ensuring governance, quality improvement, and involvement in
