Lead Product Manager
Posted 6 hours 16 minutes ago by Nationwide
The Customer Data Process function has a wide and varied portfolio of responsibilities from protecting our customers' personal data to managing the processes that keep this information complete and accurate, both of which underpin the integration of Nationwide and Virgin Money.
The Lead Product Manager will lead delivery of these responsibilities with a Group wide lens, including managing customer inactivity, maintaining unique customer profiles, and ensuring our membership processes run smoothly. You will also ensure processes are well controlled, audit ready, and compliant with regulatory expectations.
The role translates analytical insights into structured delivery plans, provides leadership across teams, shapes operating models, manages AGM and Register of Members activity, and identifies risks and opportunities affecting data integrity.
Strong, well governed data supports a consistent customer view, compliance, better decision-making, improved experiences, and reduced customer harm, supporting a successful integration.
This newly created role sits within the Customer Data Process function and will help build a team with responsibility for shaping and delivering the activities that underpin the integration of Nationwide and Virgin Money across the multiple migration chapters, ensuring our customer data is accurate, compliant, and delivers the strongest possible outcomes for our customers.
At Nationwide we offer hybrid working wherever possible. More rewarding relationships are supported through our hybrid approach, bringing colleagues together across our UK wide estate, whilst also supporting generous access to home working. For this job you'll spend at least two days per week, or if parttime, you'll spend 40% of your working time, based at either our Swindon, Northampton or London office. If your application is successful, your hiring manager will provide further details on how this works. You can also find out more about our approach to hybrid working here.
Nationwide is committed to the redeployment of our employees impacted by change, as such applications for redeployment candidates will be prioritised in this recruitment process.
