Job Description
The Role - Lead Practitioner Teacher

We are seeking an outstanding and enthusiastic Lead Practitioner Teacher to join our Woodside team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and inspirational practitioner to play a key leadership role in supporting the effective day to day operation of our school while helping to drive high quality teaching and learning across the provision.

HVT Reference: HVT0763

Reporting directly to the Headteacher/Executive Headteacher, this role combines classroom teaching with strategic leadership responsibilities, including curriculum development, staff support & development, and pastoral care for pupils.

The successful candidate will be appointed on a permanent contract, working 32.5 hours per week. Working arrangements will be discussed further at interview stage.

The salary range for this role is Lead Practitioner Scale L1 - L3.
