Lead Pilot Negotiator - Industrial Relations Leader

Virgin Atlantic is seeking a Lead Pilot Negotiator to act as the lead industrial relations specialist for the Flight Operations pilot community, steering complex negotiations that shape the future of our pilot workforce.

You will work with senior leaders and recognised trade union representatives to develop negotiation strategies, provide expert advice and deliver commercially balanced, legally compliant outcomes that support both our people and operations.
