Lead Physical Design Engineer - Hybrid, CPU & AI Focus

Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) is seeking a Senior Staff Physical Design Engineer in Ireland (Dublin or Cork) to lead the physical design team across CPU cores. You'll drive full-chip floorplanning, timing, and power targets, while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional peers.

You will apply advanced design techniques, ensure robust sign-off, and leverage AI-enhanced workflows to boost productivity. This is a hybrid/ onsite role within AMD's engineering teams in Ireland.
