The Role

We're seeking a strategic and people-focused Lead HR Business Partner to join our People team. You'll work closely with Operational Directors to drive colleague engagement, workforce planning, and leadership development-using data, insight, and care to help our people thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to deliver people strategy and performance

• Use data to support decisions on engagement, retention, and wellbeing

• Champion inclusive and fair working practices

• Lead on succession planning and leadership development

• Gather colleague feedback and turn insight into action

• Support local wellbeing initiatives and drive engagement

What You Bring

• Proven experience in a People Partnering role

• Excellent communication, data analysis, and problem-solving skills

• CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)

• Ability to travel across the region

Experience in the Health & Social Care sector
