Our client specializes in providing financial management solutions to large and mid-sized organizations across various industries. As part of their growth strategy, they are now seeking a Lead OneStream Consultant to join their team and help deliver exceptional services to clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of OneStream solutions for their clients. You will work closely with those clients to understand their business needs and requirements, and provide expert advice and guidance on how to leverage the full potential of OneStream software. You will also be responsible for managing a team of consultants, ensuring high-quality project delivery, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting or advisory services, preferably in financial management or OneStream software
• Expertise in OneStream software, including design, development, and implementation of solutions - or another leading EPM/CPM software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical solutions to complex business problems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluency in English; propensity in Dutch is also valued
