Within the department, you'll be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for developing and maintaining critical software applications that handle large-scale data integration. As a (Lead) .NET Developer, you'll design, develop, and maintain cloud-native software solutions in a data-intensive environment. You'll ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and secure - while also helping to define the technical direction within your team. Your work will include migrating on-premises services to the cloud, building and improving CI/CD pipelines, and driving continuous improvement across development workflows. Mentor colleagues and perform code reviews to ensure quality Design, build, and optimize backend solutions in C# / .Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines in a complex data landscape Migrate applications to the cloud, preferably Azure Monitor, test, and enhance system performance, reliability, and security Contribute to technical strategy and innovation within the team Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field Experience in the financial domain 5+ years of experience as a backend or DevOps engineer (with .A do-it-yourself mentality with your team Strong knowledge of cloud architectures (preferably Azure) and preferably Azure Data Factory Skilled in CI/CD, software design, and automation Experience with frontend development, preferably Blazor Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus What's in it for you 4 days remote, 1 day at the office, open to go when necessary Personal development budget and access to training & certifications Fun extras such as sports facilities, team events, and shared lunches In this position, you won't just build reliable software - you'll help create the foundation for smarter, safer, and more sustainable digital solutions used worldwide.
